Description
Beautiful clean rally stack to mount the Garmin Zumo XT to the dashboard of the CFMoto 450MT.
Make sure to print in PETG or ABS or similar NOT PLA!
PLA might become soft on hot days and something could break or loosen!
Because I really like the look of a Rally navigation tower I wanted my GPS to be mounted above the dashboard display in a clean way without cables sticking out and a included sunvisor.
I also included some quality of life updates like the small square to stow the rubber raincap of the Garmin, the indents to fit around the bolt holes and the slot on the back to route the cable away from the front and to the back of the model into the dashboard to the accessory plugs. (This video clearly shows how to find those plugs on the bike: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=salP4NI2758&ab_channel=MichaelWaddell)
Fitting it is a bit of work so take your time, you can take the whole front of but that was too much work for me. I removed the windshield and used a socket wrench and an elbow piece to loosen the three nuts on the back of the dashboard through the front openings behind the windshield.
Remove the big plug from the dashboard screen, then mount the garmin mount and route the cables through the bike. Then put the screen back on, tighten the nuts, and attach the windshield.
