Description

This jig can be used for two purposes.

First - this jig assists in setting the track-saw guide, to account for saw blade width (the kerf) when doing waste-side cuts.

Second - the other side of this jig can be used as kerf wedge, to prevent saw blade pinching.

One side of this tool is ment always to be used only for measurements and the the other side - only as wedge. In this way there the wear and tear of the measurement side can be minimized.

Please see the pictures how this jig shall be oriented and used.

Please print the version (profile) according the width of your saw blade. I designed it for Makita rail, but it could work also with rails from other brands.
