Wyze so Serious?
I'm back with another one!
I upgraded my printer, and with that upgrade came an upgraded camera. So naturally I went to work, and 2 days and half a spool later I developed the Wyze 4 p1_x1 door mount.
Typically there were others that beat me to the punch, except with my Scrub Sponge Piddler and my Emotional Support Plug Buddy. Nobody could have beaten me to those two bedazzling joys (because no one is as immature as me).
I of course wanted to be difficult and special, I needed to accomplish tasks
- I wanted to take up as little footprint as possible
- I wanted to be able to walk past my pinter and look at it without any obstacles
- I wanted minimal cable exposure
- I wanted the ability to fully open the door
- I needed to have a better view and quality than the terrible camera that Bambu installed
With my list complete, I grabbed two M2x8 screws that came with my printerand got to installing.

Now you may be wondering “What is that long stick for?”
Well I had my camera mount, only one problem…The glare! the terrible, awful, disastrous glare. I forgot to take pictures of my before model, but just imagine the image below, without the white part.

This was my attempt to alleviate that problem. The Shade Bar. It does the job I needed to be done. Now don't think my model got it all right, there is still glare. No matter what I came up with I just could not fix the problem of: A camera facing glass. There is just going to be a reflection. Before you judge though, see the results for yourself. Glare went from about 50% to about 15%.

I don't expect much from this model, however, it may be exactly what you are looking for. Give it a try!
