Description

ScubaPro Mk25 / Mk20 (Evo) service Assembly Bushing Tool & Piston Bullet

If you are going to disassemble, clean, or service a ScubaPro Mk25 Regulator these tools are very helpful. While you can re-assemble the 1st stage without these tools it is more difficult, and you can damage the delicate Piston if you are not very careful. Please refer to the ScubaPro Mk25/Mk20 service manual and procedure for details on how to use the tools.

I suggest printing these two parts in PLA or PETG. Use support for the base of the tall bushing tool, but block supports in the hollow center that sits on the plate. The provided 3MF uses support blockers to accomplish this. Add and external skirt to provide support for the skinny piston bullet. Do some very light sanding to clean up the parts after removing the supports and skirts.

I have used these tools to service my own regulators with great success.
