A 48:1 ratio TT reduction gearbox! 50-minute lightning-fast print! Performance approaching injection-molded ABS products! (No hardware! No additional parts needed! All-in-one!)

The model uses a 130 motor, and I've also uploaded the configuration for a 030 motor adapter housing and gears—feel free to download!

Disclaimer: Commercial use of this model is strictly prohibited without the author's permission! Creation takes effort! I remind everyone to prioritize safety when using the model! (Especially when using scissors to remove supports) This model is printed using PETG material; do not arbitrarily modify print settings to avoid insufficient model strength causing harm! For original models referencing related content, please remember to @ me [@郭金猪的杂货铺], thank you!

Assembly Instructions: I've uploaded instructions in both English and Chinese. I recommend not skipping the beginner's tutorial! (By the way, prints of this scale push the limits of 3D printing precision; I tested and fine-tuned the tolerances numerous times during design. Especially if the gear holes have burrs after printing, use a wire or a skewer to smooth and enlarge them.) After assembly, after inserting the motor, the output shaft should normally be impossible to turn by hand because of the 48x gear ratio; if it turns, it's likely the filament shaft isn't fully inserted into the housing. Ensure the filament shaft is in the housing slot before closing the housing.)

Finally, I wish you all a pleasant printing and usage experience! It can be used in many toys! o(* ̄▽ ̄*)ブ

Do you think I would get good results if I used TPU on the gears?

I think your supposed to use a piece of unused filament, its in the assembly instructions just not a great translation.

Works like a charm! I'll probably have better results with a 0.2 nozzle, printed with PETG and the bed needs to be very clean for it to work well, also spray glue helps if someone is having problems.
