Riempimento 15-20% cubo adattivo

4 pareti laterali, 4 layer sopra e 4 layer sotto.

Ferramenta necessaria:
    6x.         M6x20  (link) oppure
                  quelle che avete in casa
    6x.         M6x40  collo quadro (link)
    6x.         Bullone m6 (link)
    6x         manopole puoi stamparle( link)

SOLO per versione con t track alluminio
       4x          M5x5  oppure incollare

Hi everyone, I have made an easily printable router fence.

The model offers 2 different anchoring modes

-It can be clamped to the table saw guide if you have integrated a router.

-Can be mounted on t track using the two m8 bolt holes on the bottom of the rail.

Total length 45 cm

It has a dust extraction system for 38 mm hose external diameter (link)

For the adjustable stops I used a 19 mm aluminum t track (link)

If you want to do without buying the t track, you can print the version with a "dovetail" rail compatible with the microjig anchoring system (link).

I recommend using the supports in contact with the bed only for the suction dome and to print the "cutouts" of the stops to slide the bolts.

I used Pla, but petg or other materials you have at home are also fine.

15-20% Adaptive Cube Filling
4 sidewalls, 4 layers above and 4 layers below.

For the two adjustable stops if you have a smooth plate, for example Smooth bamboo, use this in order to facilitate sliding. Alternatively, textured for plates is also fine.

Hardware required:

6x. M6x20 (link) or those you have at home

6x. M6x30 square package (link

6x. Bolt m6 (link

6x knobs you can print them (link

ONLY for version with aluminum t track 4x M5x5 or paste

Printed well, seems like it will work nicely, I just haven't purchased the hardware for it yet. Thanks for the model.

is there a way this could be made wider, I have t tracks spaced at 500mm centres.

Correct knobs that you need if printing them: Star Knob for DIN912 Screw, M3 M4 M5 M6 M8 M10 - Free 3D Print Model - MakerWorld profileId-993919 However, on the wings there is a hex indent that needs to be a little larger and round, where the knob fits.
