Boost Me (for free)
I like to create custom stuff for models, so if you like my work and dedication, please boost me. It costs nothing and it helps me to do more test prints.
This remodeled Bane mask is designed to fit wider faces and features an improved print quality with a reduced layer height of 0.12 mm. The model includes custom parts created in Blender, such as a mesh that perfectly covers the mouth area and clips that can be inserted into holes on the sides of the mask. These clips are designed to hold 3D printing filament, which serves as ear loops, making the mask wearable. These ear loops are not the perfect solution, but we all want to try the new printed mask as soon as it's off the print bed and my custom clips make that possible. I only use Bambu Lab filaments, so the ear loop clips will 100% hold that filament.
The filament I used for the mask was Bambu Lab PLA Silk+ Titan Gray. After I let the model to cool a bit, the supports came off super easy and clean.
Custom Display Stand Parts
I also included custom parts for the display stand designed to hold the remodeled Bane mask and two plates with a graphic to go with the mask style. The original display stand model was created by bbush362 (https://makerworld.com/en/@bbush362/upload), and the picture inspiration comes from a model by JF-699 (https://makerworld.com/en/models/442451-bane-layered-word-wall-art#profileId-348385). To fully assemble the display stand, please download the original parts from bbush362 (https://makerworld.com/en/@bbush362/upload) and combine them with the custom parts included here.
I printed the mouth mesh on 100% scale and 99% scale, and they both fit perfectly on my model. Just keep in mind the mesh fits only on my model since I adjusted it to fit the proportions of my remix.

The ear loops have to be positioned in the right hole in the same orientation as in the picture, or they won't fit the hole. I named and positioned them in the profile so you can know which clip goes where.

Regarding the display stand for the mask, I modeled the hangers that hold the mask and the custom graphic for the plates that only fit, on the display stand designed by bbush362 (https://makerworld.com/en/@bbush362/upload). You can download any of his stands for the other parts. The hangers have a very tight fit and do not scale them. If you decided to proportionally scale the mask, please let me know, and if I have time, I will send you the hanger part that fits your mask scale or give you an editable file where you can change the dimensions of separate parts.
