Description

Summary

A 3D-printable Poker Chip Rake with a telescoping pole is a handy tool for easily gathering and managing poker chips during gameplay. This functional and space-saving poker chip rake is ideal for home games or professional poker events, making chip collection effortless and more efficient.

Features:

  • Rake Head: A wide, flat rake head with a 12 mm threaded attachment recessed under a 15 mm neck for added strength.
  • Telescoping Pole: A "print in place" multi-section pole that extends and collapses for easy storage and adjustable reach.
  • Threaded Connection: The rake head connects to the pole via a threaded 12 mm.
  • Lightweight & Durable: Print in PETG for strength and durability. PLA will probably work, but the threaded section may wear out over time.
  • No Supports or Rafts needed!

The attached .3mf file was created in Bambu Studio for my Bambu P1S with a 0.4 nozzle.  It includes a modified section (see modifier.png) that is set to 100% infill for the threaded bolt.

  • Layer height - 0.2 mm
  • Wall loops - 3
  • Sparse infill density - 15% (except for modified section mentioned above)
  • Outer wall speed - 60 m/s
  • No Supports or Rafts
  • All other settings were defaults
