Description

I looked for a way to mount Bike Bags to my e-Scooter and found none. So I purchased a Bikebag holder for the front fork of a bike (XLC LR-F02) and created a custom bracket for the handlebar of the scooter.

For assembly the following parts are needed:

2x M6x50 Hexagon Head Screw
2x M6x20 Hexagon Head Screw

2x M6x80 mushroom head square neck bolt

6x M6 self-locking hexagon-head nut

8x M6 washer (outer diameter = 18mm; inner diameter = 6.4mm)

~30cm joint seal solid rubber self sticking tape 20x1mm (look up: Vollgummi SBR 20mmx1mm einseitig selbstklebend)

Assembly:

  1. Press the M6x20 Screws into the middle hole of the two lower brackets (thread has to stick outwards and press the Hexagon head into the slot until its flush with the surrounding.
  2. Cut the tape into 4 equivalent large pieces that fit into the groove.
  3. Remove the protection paper and glue it in.
  4. Grad the Bikebag holder and mount it with the upper and lower brackets to the handle bar.
