Bokoblin Treasure Chest – Zelda BOTW 🏹💰

A battle-worn treasure chest inspired by the rugged loot chests used by Bokoblins in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

This model is designed to capture the sharp panel lines, layered details, rough hand-crafted look, and worn fantasy chest style from the game while still printing cleanly on FDM printers.

It looks great straight off the printer, but really comes to life with painting, dry brushing, weathering, or metallic accents.

🔧 Print Notes

✓ Optimized for reliable FDM printing
✓ Designed with clean, high-detail surfaces that show well on FDM
✓ Print orientation is already set in the profile
✓ 0.12–0.16mm layer height recommended for best results
✓ Slower outer walls can help preserve the panel lines and small details
✓ Works well in wood brown, gray, bronze, matte colors, or painted PLA
✓ Minimal cleanup needed depending on your printer and support settings

🧼 Before Printing

Please clean your build plate before starting the print. A dirty or oily plate can cause lifting, warping, or poor bed adhesion, especially on detailed display pieces.

Recommended prep:

✓ Wash the plate with dish soap and warm water, then dry fully
✓ Avoid touching the print surface after cleaning
✓ Use glue stick or liquid glue if your plate normally has adhesion issues
✓ Add a brim if you notice edge lifting or instability
✓ Watch the first layer to make sure it is sticking evenly before walking away

📏 Scaling

Scale up or down depending on your display space, print time, and detail preference.

Larger prints will show more of the panel lines and surface detail, while smaller prints are faster and easier. If scaling down, some of the finer details may become less visible.

⚠️ Printer Compatibility

This model should print well on Bambu CoreXY machines and A1 / A1 Mini printers.

For best results on bed slingers, consider slightly lower speeds and using a brim for added stability.
