Description

Cardboard Spool Cable Clip

Got an extension cord lying around? Turn that empty cardboard filament spool into a handy cable holder!

Just slip this clip over the spool edge at an angle - the peg locks into the filament hole to hold everything in place. It’s designed with the imaged cardboard spools in mind, but the peg’s sharp enough to punch into most other cardboard spools too. (Or drill a quick hole if needed!)

Highly recommend using this together with my Extension Cable Reel model—they’re designed to work as a team:

Happy printing and organizing!

Prints perfectly. Fits well for my cardboard spool - cable combination. Thanks to the clip (purple) I was able to squeeze a 10m extension cable into my cardboard spool cable drum :D

Excellent idea, slightly small for eSun spools, but performs its function when a long filament is used

Does this work with plastic spools or just cardboard?

I’d say just cardboard. depends where the hole for the filament is on the spool, but don’t think it lines up

What would be super – a drilling template, so it works for all spools
