Description

These are knuckle weight hangers that fit the Injora brass knuckles and have space for 6 tungsten or steel balls with 5mm diameter.

I have only tested them for clearance with the Mofo RC DDP 1.0" Beadlock rims so i can't guarantee clearance for other rims, test at your own discretion

They are press fit and need some force to be put in place. What worked best for me was to slot them in from the lower/underside so the V-shape aligns with the lower part of the knuckle like this:

Then i've used a punch and carefully tapped on the opposite site on the inner ring and it should nicely snap in place:

You can then carefully tap around the inner ring to be sure the knuckle is completly pressed into the weight hanger and there is no gap between the two parts all around so everything is flush and parallel:

There are 2 print profiles, the standard one is PLA+ while the second one is for Protopasta Iron Composite PLA for some additional weight.

Added Fusion 360 file in case anyone wants to change something.

printed perfect in abs, also fits perfect. I used steel bb’s definitely need tungsten. Really like how the peices are indexed and only go on one way.

Awesome. Yeah the difference in weight is pretty substantial, tungsten is more than twice as heavy compared to steel but it can be hard to source depending on where you live.

do I use ball bearings to put in the holes?

I've used simple 5mm tungsten balls because they have a higher density than steel but you can also use steel balls.
