✔ Available in 100% and 200% Scale – Fits your Dummy crew whether they’re economy or jumbo size.
✔ Classic Pilot Cap Silhouette – Modeled with a subtle front plate and peak for that authentic look.
✔ Scalable – Want it in a custom size? No problem. Just mind the details if shrinking too much.
✔ Great for Dioramas & RC Hangars – Pairs beautifully with flight-themed builds or quirky airfield setups.
✔ Yes, it does look similar to the Police Hat I made—but it has its own unique vibe and subtle changes to fit the pilot theme.

🛠️ Printing Tips

🔹 Print flat on the bed for the best structural strength and smooth top surface.
🔹 Supports may be needed – Mainly for the peak/visor section.
🔹 AMS setup? Perfect for a crisp two-tone print. If not, it paints up beautifully too!
🔹 Badge detail should ideally be printed with a 0.2mm nozzle – The photos shown were done with 0.4mm, and honestly… it didn’t do the details justice, if you ask me.
