Description

Print a real DNA molecule

Explore DNA like never before with this accurate 3D model based on real molecular data. This structure is NOT a simple theoretic model, but based on experimental data obtained using a technique called X-ray crystallography. Color-coded for easy learning, it is perfect for teaching, studying, or display. Ideal for classrooms, labs, or anyone curious about molecular biology!

This DNA molecule represents the nucleotide sequence CGCGAATTCGCG and contains all atoms that make up 12 steps of the DNA double helix. As it is common use in organic chemistry, hydrogen atoms are not shown to keep things simple.

The colors used here are black (carbon), red (oxygen), blue (nitrogen), orange (phosphorus).
