Update Dec. 2025:

3 new sizes were added: for 16mm diameter 3ml vial, and for 21mm diameter 10ml vial. for medical glass vial, storage and usage.

I am going to print and use this for peptide storage, i will resize it (135%) so the holes fit 16.5mm vials (3ml) however, i also have 10ml vials, I am wondering if there is any way you may be able to modify to accommodate 10ml vials, but also snaps together to fit together? I dont have the cad skills to make one myself, but am willing to donate to you if you could do this for me! :) I own a creality k1 printer as well as a creality k2 plus with cfs, so i dont use this site often, but i found this on doing a search. I appreciate your time and consideration!

Hi, tho I am a bit busy recently with manuscripts and presentations of my research, but I will try to do it ASAP when I have time. Can you provide the size or the full name of the vials (brand or LOG maybe?) so I know which sizes should I prepare? Because I only use those small size vials in my lab, so I am not sure about the sizes, also the height as they are supposed to be stacked together.

I appreciate you! i seen this a week ago and completely forgot to reply. I used grok to get the measurements for the vials (i also measured the 3ml vial and this information seems to be accurate) i measured another thing i have printed where the 3ml vials fit. 16.5mm i dont currently have a 10ml vial, but i have measured another thing i printed and 22.5 (ill try an get a vial asap) 3ml Peptide Vials Outer Diameter (OD): 16-17 mm (most common around 16.5 mm) Height: 37-40 mm (from base to top of neck; total with cap ~38-42 mm) Neck Finish: Typically 13 mm crimp (for stopper and seal) Other Notes: These are often equivalent to 2-3 ml serum vials (brimful capacity ~3-4 ml). Variations exist, but this size fits most research peptides like BPC-157 or TB-500. If your vials are from a specific supplier, measure one for precision. 10ml peptide vials Outer Diameter (OD): 23-25 mm (most standard is 24 mm, per ISO 10R) Height: 45-50 mm (ISO standard is 45 mm; some US versions up to 54 mm)
