I designed these wheels for fun, and they work smoothly on the Axle.
When assembling you need to twist the wheel onto the axle, and I recommend using lock nuts to hold the wheels in place.
I have added a second version of these wheels with no holes so they can be taken and easily edited.
Note: the photos shown are a modified version I made for a RC car.
