Description

Check out this self-designed and 3D-printed indoor mini herb garden with integrated full-spectrum LED lighting! Perfect for growing fresh herbs right in your kitchen or on your desk. The minimalist design with elegant oak rods offers a modern look, while the LED ensures optimal growing conditions.

Features:

  • DIY Design: Completely self-designed and 3D printed
  • Easy Construction: Two 8 mm oak rods from the hardware store
  • LED Lighting: Full-spectrum plant LED from Amazon for optimal growth (Buy here)
  • Compact Size: Ideal for basil, chives, parsley, and more

Materials Needed:

  • 3D printer
  • 8 mm oak rods (hardware store)
  • Full-spectrum plant LED light
  • Coconut fiber and herb seeds
  • Glue for assembly

Instructions:

  1. Download the STL files and print the components using your 3D printer.
  2. Cut and insert the oak rods.
  3. Glue the four feet to the bottom of the main body for stability.
  4. For the lighting, use the self-adhesive LED strip. The LED cover is designed to fit two lines of the LED strip side by side. Simply cut the strip at the marked points to fit perfectly. Any excess can be trimmed off as indicated.
  5. Connect the LED strip to the controller, which includes a timer function. All you need is a 5V USB power source to operate it.
  6. Add coconut fiber and plant your favorite herbs. Be sure not to overwater the coconut fiber to prevent mold growth. The material should remain slightly moist, but not soaked.
  7. Ensure that the water level remains below the herb inserts to prevent the coconut fiber from being submerged. This will keep the roots healthy and avoid mold formation.

Enjoy building your own indoor herb garden and harvesting fresh herbs anytime!
