Imperial assault (Star Wars) squad bases and plate

Bases and plates for Star Wars: Imperial Assault board game.

Tracking deployment groups (squads) during the game can get tricky, especially when there are multiple units on the board. These bases are numbered from 1 to 6 and come with matching plates. Each base (color + number) fits into its corresponding spot on the plate, making it easy to track health, conditions, and other status effects off the map.

Plates are designed to hold the deployment card vertically, so you can easily match it to the squad. The bases themselves also fit into the holes on the plate for easy storage, making everything stackable and easy to organize between games.

Most deployment groups in the game have 1 to 3 figures, so printing plates and bases for numbers 1 to 3 is usually enough. However, in some missions or expansions, squads can go up to 5 or 6 figures, so it might be a good idea to print those too, just in case.

The bases have a small cut on the back that allows for slight differences in mini base sizes, so they fit smoothly and don't fall over. After printing, you might need to apply a bit of force to open the cut the first time.
