The Regrow lettuce station is a specially developed hydroponic growing system that is ideal for the regeneration of lettuce. It offers a simple and sustainable way to reduce food waste and regrow fresh ingredients directly in your own kitchen.

  • Cut off the vegetables, leaving about 3-5 cm of the lower stalk.
  • Fill the lower part with water so that the stalk is slightly submerged. 
  • Place the pod in a warm, bright place with indirect sunlight.
  • Change the water every 1-2 days to prevent mold and rot.
  • Look for fresh root formation - the first roots and new leaves should appear after a few days.
  • After 2 weeks, you can harvest the first fresh leaves or transplant the plant into soil when it is big enough.

The plants in my pictures are about two weeks old, but they will continue to grow. Show me your progress!

 

Note: Rinse the model before using it for the first time. It is recommended to apply a food-safe coating.
