Gridfinity holder for a set of Stewmac's Nut Slotting Files.

Two Print Profiles have been uploaded with one sized to fit six (6) with my handles attached and the other sized to fit nine (9).

It has been sized to fit up to 0.056". If you need a larger size, let me know in the comments and I can probably adjust it to make it work.

The gauges are labeled in embossed text above each slot. I did this part in Bambu Studio rather than Solidworks, so you can edit these yourself by simply editing the text. Drop a comment if you want to edit these and don't know how and I can add additional instructions.

The end has a cutout that makes it easy to grab the files. It is stackable, but note that things stacked on top of this could slide off in this direction… so put it sideways in a drawer.

I love this!! I had one of the real StewMac backers but moving it to different files was annoying. This is a great solution! I had to widen the slot for my 0.065” file but it was easy to do in the slicer. Printed on P1S with Bambu PLA basic white and dark grey for lettering. Thank you!

I didn’t read fully about the build late being textured for gripping the files but that is on me. I will reprint if it slips too much for me. Saved me almost $100 on the ones they sell for this kit!

I've got all sizes from .010" to .046". Any chance for a 9 file version? Much appreciated!

I just uploaded a 9-file version as an alternative print profile. I saw 10 files in those ranges on Stewmac's website, so I default labeled the model as 0.010" - 0.042". You can always edit the labels in Bambu's slicer by double-clicking the text and changing it to whichever ones you need.
