This is an adapter for the rockler click connect hose. I didn't want to buy several more of their tapered adapters so I designed this. It clicks onto the hose exactly like the store bought ones do and releases with the push button on the hose just as easy. I've printed these a few ways so each print plate has a different option. I have a couple sizes included on the build plates with the option of printing a premade entire adapter or just one of the ends. The click connect itself needs support for a clean print so I've included one version on a plate that uses supports and one plate that uses a sacrificial bridge which you just punch out. The supports aren't the easiest to remove with PLA and probably worse with PETG. The sacrificial bridge removes easier and cleaner so I'd recommend using that version. I've had no issue printing the entire thing with PLA, though I'm sure PETG would work just fine. I've also printed the hose end of the connector(the part that actually locks onto the hose) with PLA and then printed the tool end with TPU, using glue to attach the ends together. The benefit to printing the tool end with TPU is being able to not need to make the fitting tapered since it will stretch some for a snug fit. For the pieces done in PLA or PETG, you'll probably want to taper the inside diameter to help secure it. The fusion file for the design is included so you can modify it to make custom tool end fittings if you'd like.
