0.2mm layer height, 50% concentric or gyroid infill recommended. Printed with Bambu PETG HF (Blue) + Elegoo PETG (Grey).  Supports enabled required for the reduction gear only. Print the plates individually if you don&#39;t have a H2D and want a 2-tone look without generating tonnes of purge poop. Print the all-in-one plates if you don&#39;t care about 2-tone, or have a H2D or other hot-swappable tool head. Combination of @KYZDesign&#39;s 608 bearing version of the geartrain and original spool driveshaft, and @MichalKMR7&#39;s bearing mod. You will also need 7x 608zz roller/skateboard bearings (4 for the spool caddy, 1 for the reduction gear, and 2 for the winder mechanism).5cm to 2in. of PTFE/Bowden tubing All other hardware is printed and included in this profile. Assembly instructions<ol><li>Print as desired.</li><li>Press bearings into the 2 spool gears and reduction gear.</li><li>Install the reduction gear and bearing to the main chassis and secure with a Long Pin. (Important: if the spool gears are installed first, this won&#39;t fit properly, this needs to be the first gear installed.</li><li>Insert the 2 spool gears into the driven side of the spool carrier, and secure each with a Long Pin.</li><li>Press 2 bearings into the un-driven side of the spool carrier and secure each with a Short Pin.</li><li>Press bearings into the winder axle mounts on the main chassis</li><li>Assemble the winder mechanism<ol><li>slide the winder shuttle onto the axle, upside-down </li><li>insert the shuttle locating pin into the hole, pointy end first</li><li>Lock the shuttle locating pin in place with the PTFE/Bowden tube through the central hole. Try to leave about a finger&#39;s width of tubing either side of the shuttle.</li></ol></li><li>Insert the winder mechanism into the main chassis and secure both sides with a Long Pin, ensuring the shuttle is correctly seated on the lower rail</li><li>Gently assemble the spool axle and place in the spool carrier, and spin the mechanism through a few full rotations to ensure it moves smoothly and freely without binding up.</li></ol>
