Description
This is a stylish and practical comb! Prints with a perfect finish, no parameter adjustments needed!
Of course, it's not perfect. Due to the inherent nature of FDM additive manufacturing, a balanced design was chosen, and the teeth in direct contact with the scalp retain a perpendicular angle to the build plate.
In practice, this edge does not affect usage; however, to prevent long-term scalp irritation, it's recommended to use sandpaper to create a 0.3-0.5mm chamfer to avoid damaging the scalp's stratum corneum.

Thickness: 5.5mm (tooth thickness 3, 4.5mm)
Material Testing: PETG, PLA. (Both are unlikely to generate static electricity. After multiple design iterations, PETG provides optimal hardness.)
Note: Do not disable ironing! If the final surface quality is unsatisfactory, check the flow rate (reduce surface stringing by 0.05, increase surface pitting by 0.05; calibrate flow rate and then reduce by 0.05 for optimal results).
