Description

I designed this clip for connecting PTFE tubes from my Sunlu S4 filament dryer to the AMS Lite.

I tried some other connectors but they were too loose or very fragile.

 

There are 2 versions: for M6 pneumatic connectors (you can find them on the Bambu Store, link in the BOM) and for M10 pneumatic connectors (you can easily find them on Amazon, Aliexpress, etc..).

 

I suggest to print the clips in PETG, but PLA is quite strong enough.

 

Easy installation:

1- screw the connector to the clip

2- slide the clip on the AMS Lite feeder funnel like the GIF image in the model cover

3- connect the PTFE tube

Ho progettato questa clip per collegare i tubi in PTFE dal mio essiccatore Sunlu S4 all'AMS Lite.

Ho provato alcuni altri connettori ma erano troppo larghi o molto fragili.

 

Ci sono 2 versioni: per i connettori pneumatici M6 (puoi trovarli sul Bambu Store, link nel BOM) e per i connettori pneumatici M10 (puoi trovarli facilmente su Amazon, Aliexpress, ecc.).

 

Suggerisco di stampare le clip in PETG, ma il PLA è abbastanza resistente.

 

Installazione semplice:

1- avvitare il connettore alla clip

2- fai scorrere la clip sull'imbuto dell'alimentatore AMS Lite come l'immagine GIF nella copertina del modello

3- collegare il tubo in PTFE
