Drive wheel for Gardena Sileno Minimo

UPDATE 04.04.25

I have added a print profile for a wheel rim protector. This prevents grass clippings from falling through the wheel holes during mowing and soiling the rim. The rim protector is not absolutely necessary and can be retrofitted if needed. Simply print and adhere to the back of the rim.

INITIAL RELEASE

Drive wheels with enhanced grip for the Gardena Sileno Minimo 250 robotic lawnmower.

This is a remix based on https://www.printables.com/model/673673-antriebsrad-gardena-sileno-mahroboter. The original is for a different Gardena series.

The following points have been modified:

• Reduction of the overall diameter from approximately 209mm to 196mm
• Reduction of the wheel width from approximately 32mm to 25mm
• Newly designed wheel hub cover

The complete wheel consists of 3 components:

1. The rim. I printed this in PETG.
2. The tire. Printed with TPU
3. The hub cover. Printed with TPU

After printing, the tire is glued to the rim. The hub cover is simply pushed onto the M16 wheel nut after wheel assembly.

Please verify independently whether the wheels fit other Sileno Minimo, Sileno, or other Gardena series.
