VOGE 300 Rally Frame Guard

Protective guard for the crash roll bar of the VOGE 300 Rally motorcycle. I couldn't find any for this motorcycle, so I decided to make my own. 

I found out that the frame on the bike doesn't have the same diameter along its entire length, mainly due to the bends. Therefore, I had to make the inner diameter of the cover slightly larger to ensure a proper fit. However, this means that once mounted, it might be a bit loose. I recommend wrapping the frame with electrical tape first or adding a rubber pad to improve the fit.

I printed the model using Bambulab ABS GF filament to achieve the best possible look without surface finishing. Of course if motorcycle fall, this cover will likely crack, but the crash bar itself will remain undamaged, which is the intended purpose. It might be worth trying to print the model with TPU, as it would be more impact-resistant. In any case, the print is very lightweight, and you can simply change the material to whatever you prefer.
