Description

I remixed a 4-60 Beyblade X ratchet to have a protruding part with a hole in it, where a split ring keychain can be installed.

The parts have been adjusted slightly in size, as they were a very tight fit originally and the assembled ratchet was too hard to switch between left and right mode, and was also hard to install on a blade.

I also remixed a UN bit to simply be used as a plug for the bit hole in the ratchet.

The parts have been orientated in the way that gives them the best look and the most strength.

The model should be printed with a 0.2mm nozzle for best result.

For assembly, you will need either: 2 screws from an original Beyblade X ratchet, or 2 M2x4 Flat Head machine screws from Maker's Supply.

it's an internal part for the ratchet. you can see in this image where it goes. here is also a more in depth post on Reddit on how ratchets work https://www.reddit.com/r/Beyblade/s/Me33itWK4r

thanks for the model, was curious and only printed the outer, was a little snug but some light filing down I was able to put the guts of an actual ratchet in and works great

What were your print settings? I also did this but it is a VERY strong grip and unable to untighten it by normal means.

don't have a 0.2 nozzle yet, that's why I used the internals from an other ratchet. overall great design

We would like to print it with the 0.4 nozzle. Could you make that possible in the design?
