Flange closure system for Ø10 cm\100mm hole – practical, durable, and 3D Printed!
Do you need to close or protect a through hole in a wall, wood, or a panel? This 3D printable set includes:
✅ Recessed mounting flange – designed to be inserted into a Ø100 mm hole, with perimeter edges for stable anchoring within the wall or structure
✅ Threaded cap – screws perfectly into the flange, allowing for a firm, removable, and discreet closure. Ideal for cable passages, technical holes, or aesthetic closures
Technical note:
The flange does not have holes for wall plugs due to a conscious design choice: in the presence of sealants like silicone, the absence of screws improves durability over time, reduces wear, and keeps the material under less stress
Naturally, if needed, it can be easily drilled with a drill at the desired point to fix it to the wall
Print details:
• Installation hole diameter: 100 mm
• Screwing system: 3D Printed thread
• Recommended material: ASA or ABS if used outdoors! For indoors, PLA or PETG is also fine
• No supports required
• Recommended layer height: 0.2 mm
• Recommended infill: 25% or higher, even better at 99%
