Partially recreated from the image, dark matte PLA is recommended for printing.
Note that post-processing is necessary for optimal results.
Key fabrication points:
Use the minimum layer height, enable ironing, and ensure adequate cooling.
Matte materials are preferred for better results.
After fabrication, use a curved shaping file to smooth the stepped texture of the curved surfaces in a single direction. Then, polish to a smooth finish with 800-grit sandpaper or higher. Finally, use a heat gun or lighter to slightly burnish the surface.
