Tools needed:
- Superglue
- Tweezers
- Precision hobby knife or small file (optional, for clean-up)
Assembly Steps:
Clean up:
- Use a hobby knife or file to gently trim any small print artifacts or glue residue (optional, see bottom right images).
Add the button:
- The orange fire piece attaches to a keyboard switch. Simply snap-fit it into the button holder opening or glue if desired for extra security.
- The fire top will "click" when pressed for that satisfying tactile feel! (photo reference: top right image).
Attach the simple click Mechanism:
- Insert the button holder and pedal mechanism into the dumpster body (photo reference: 2nd & 3rd photos, middle row).
- Make sure the pedal is seated correctly through the front/back slot.
- Test pressing it to ensure smooth movement and that the lid pops up!
Usage Tips:
- Press down on the pedal to pop open the lid & reveal the happy fire inside!
- Tap the firetop to enjoy the keyboard click.
