The design allows you to use nozzle brush from the A1 (available in Maker's Supply, link below) to create a brush good for any printer. There's a slot in the handle to insert the rectangular magnet that came with your printer for the scrapper (you should have had two) so you can keep it mounted to the back of the printer, out of sight and ready to grab.
