Description
I designed this block for the tilting platform of my two-wheeled cart. It fits perfectly, and the fixed part is attached with two electrician's cable ties so that it can rotate to engage and disengage with the tilting platform. Made for carts with tube diameters of 27/28mm (the main one) and 24/25mm for the tilting platform.
