Description

PlayStation 1 Console with 12 Game Coasters!

I created a tribute to the OG PlayStation. The console acts as the coaster holder, and the coasters (CDs) represent the games I used to play back in the day.

The Console:

  • Manually opening and closing lid
  • Lid support rod included, so you can display the console in an open position
  • Spring-loaded buttons (they work like a fidget toy)
  • The LED on the On/Off button lights up green, just like when the original console was powered on

The Coasters:

  • Designed to resemble the original PS1 game CDs
  • Currently includes 12 coasters!
  • Coaster stands are included in case you'd like to display them

Print Profile:

  • For best results, print the coasters image side down on the build plate. Alternatively, you can place them image side up to easily change colors or to preview which coaster you’re printing.

Assembly:

Step 1: Gently push the lid into the hinge. Start with the right side, then gently press it into the open hinge. Do not use force!

\

Step 2: The buttons are designed to fit in only one direction:

  • Left side: On/Off
  • Right side: Open

It might take a bit of fiddling to get them in place, but they’ll fit. Use a small torch or your phone's flashlight to align the buttons with the holes. You can use glue to hold them in position, but it’s not necessary.

Check out the PS2, PS3 and Xbox 360 Consoles as well!
