I was looking for a suitable mount for my Büchel taillight with brake function on my Cube Reaction Hybrid.

Unfortunately, I wasn't particularly satisfied with the manufacturer's mounting options, so I decided to design a mount for the taillight on the seat stay of my mountain bike. Here you will find the result with an integrated Cube logo.

The holder is lined with some foam rubber in the contact area to prevent possible scratches in the paint of the seat stay. The mount itself is done via 3 cable ties, which creates a universal and above all stable connection to the seat stay.

Even tougher off-road sections are therefore no problem.

I wish you much fun printing and then testing it on your bike.

I'm also adding the Amazon link to the taillight:

An ingenious model, though the initial print profile proved less than ideal; regrettably, the support structures were quite laborious to detach, and some surface areas lacked true aesthetic refinement Significant improvement was achieved by iteratively adjusting the layer thickness parameters and experimenting with the support configurations Kindly observe the four printed iterations presented in my accompanying images, illustrating my progressive refinement towards an optimal print The rightmost model ultimately displayed remarkably sparse and effortlessly removable supports, coupled with an exemplary surface finish Printing was executed using PETG-HF on an H2D I have since uploaded the refined print profile
