Ballpoint Pen Jig Template 6-pack
I designed the jig to engrave multiple ballpoint pens in my laser
The most common ballpoint pens fit into the jig/template
The ballpoint pens fit perfectly into the jig and are therefore secured against slipping
This allows for perfect engraving on 3 different sides
The ballpoint pens can be engraved on the left, right, and center, as there are 3 possible recesses for the clip
Holes were provided at four points for flush insertion of optional magnets (15x5mm)
This ensures non-slip use on the honeycomb
They can be easily pushed out again using the through-hole
A .dxf file is also attached for import into Lightburn to perfectly place the engraving over the object
To do this, align the laser with two of the four notches and start the engraving in Lightburn using “Current Position”
