Summary

These are a 1:24 scale models of the United States most modern nuclear gravity bombs, the B61 360 kiloton bomb and the M83 1.2 megaton bomb.  For some reference and scale, the bomb dropped on Hiroshima was “only” 15 kilotons, so these bombs are 24 times and 80 times more powerful.  These bombs serve as the aerial bomber/fighter/aircraft dropped part of the nuclear triad.

The models are super easy to put together, just snap a couple pieces together and that's it – takes 30 seconds and no glue is required.

( ! ) Do not sell my prints — I have not authorized selling prints.  If you sell my prints on Etsy, Amazon, eBay, etc, I will find out.

Bambu Filaments used were:

  • Matte Red
    • The real life bombs are a deep red-orange color, so you can use your best judgement between red and orange filaments you have.
  • Metal Iron Gray Black for the stand
  • Polymaker Metallic Silver (Amazon link)

Boost Me (for free)

If you enjoy my work and would like to help support my ability to share more (and even better) models in the future, please consider boosting or buying me a coffee at the link below.   Your support is what helps me have enough filament and supplies to do all the print testing required for my models to be high quality and easy to assemble.  It takes a mountain of test prints for each model. Thanks :-)

Here's a link to my Buy Me a Coffee page, thanks for the support!
