These designs take time (and filament) to develop.

Made a quick spanner (cone) wrench while adjusting my bike's rear axle.

Three Thicknesses Available - 3mm, 4mm & 5mm. The 3mm was pretty dang sturdy! Got the job done for me.

I used 100% rectilinear infill and 5 wall loops.

Strength Issue:Lovely idea but the key is practically useless, it opens immediately. Printed in PETG

Understood. Yeah, it’s not a 1:1 replacement for a real cone wrench. Just an option to try when you’re in a pinch like I was. I did use PLA+, not sure if that would make any difference though from PETG. I appreciate the rating!

Just something to point out; this is a cone spanner. In your photo you're using it on an axle/track nut which is going to be a lot tighter than hub cone.

Yes, I downloaded it specifically for this purpose, but I couldn't keep the cone nut secure due to the same issue shown in the photo. The picture of the outer nut merely illustrates how applying slight force causes the wrench to slip; I couldn't photograph the problem with the inner cone nut. Nevertheless, my comment was intended as constructive criticism; perhaps incorporating reinforcing ribs in strategic locations might improve its functionality. No offense intended!
