Description

I made this modern-looking Ashtray to enjoy on my desk, but I believe it will look nice everywhere.

It is primarily intended for IQOS, GLO, and other electronic cigarette sticks, but you can also use it for regular cigarettes as this is a self-extinguishing ashtray. Just throw the cigarette into the hole, which will extinguish due to the lack of oxygen. I'd avoid using PLA for regular cigarettes as it is not heat-resistant.

The original model is large, measuring 120x120x150mm to accommodate a bunch of long GLO sticks, but you can scale it down. For instance, I suggest scaling it down to 70% to make it resemble a mug. Just don't forget to keep the proportion and scale the lid down as well.

I printed the Jar in PETG Transfluent and the Lid in PLA metal, and I'm pleased with the result.

I hope you'll find it nice and useful too!

UPD.

I scaled down the original model of my ashtray and added threads. It came out nicely. In fact, I like it more than the original one.

Please check out the second printing profile.

The model is 75% out of the original.

The size is 90x90x115 mm. Enjoy!
