Description

Summary

Using some 92mm fans I had on hand, I made this to keep my computer happy after I noticed the temps were getting high when doing things like playing WoWs.
No screws required!
While this isn't a "professional" cooler as it only blows air underneath the laptop, I've noticed that it now runs about 10 celsius cooler than it used to by making sure the much smaller fans can blow cool air into the laptop instead of the hot air trapped underneath the computer.

Printing + Instal

  • Infill and walls don't matter all to much, regular setting will do.
  • You want to use supports, make sure it's set to "buildplate only" though or you'll have a grand old time trying to get them out.
  • Print!

Fan Instal:

  • The fans should press in nice and easily, do a little sanding on the support surfaces if it doesn't

Boost Me (for free)

I'd love it if you consider leaving a boost, it helps me make more of my poorly thought out ideas come to life!

If you want to go a step further than that, I'd be beyond thrilled if you left me a tip on my Thingiverse page :D
