Screw to use by hand - optimized for easy printing

This is a detailled easy to print screw to use by hand.

Geometries:

The screws are available in different sizes. The give diameter is the centerline of the thread. 

The outer diameter is 2mm larger. e.g. diameter 6mm means you need to drill a hole with 8mm or better 9mm.

The given lenght is without the screw head (only thread length).

Nuts:

From one side the nuts work as stop nuts with higher friction.

Thread:

The thread has a pitch of four with a flank height of 1mm. 

The centerline diameter is given in the parts description.

Printing:

Use about 6 perimeter and a layer hight of maximum 0.2mm.

PLA and PETG work great.
