Description

Angle bracket for 4040 aluminium extrusion with 10mm T-slot. The design includes anti-twist slot guides for extra strength.

 

Parts required per bracket:

 

2x M8 hex bolts - 20mm length

2x M8 washers

2x M8 T-slot nuts

 

Recommend using 2 brackets per join for extra strength

Please test the strength of your construction with these brackets before putting full weight on it, maybe use a stronger filament material or increase the density.

I printed it from carbon fiber. The printing turned out well.

very good design. i've printed it in PLA and it holds very good in production on some heavy loads :)
