Tired of having your Tech Decks scattered across your desk or hidden in drawers? Your mini boards are true works of art and deserve to be displayed properly. This exclusive vertical stand has been specifically designed for the fingerboard skater and collector community that seeks to keep their space organized without losing urban style. With a perfect gravity-defying incline, your boards will stand completely vertical, impressively showcasing their front graphics. Give your setup the ultimate street touch and proudly show off your best boards!

🛠️ KEY FEATURES

  • Optimized vertical design: Boards stand completely vertical, maximizing your desk space and showcasing the design to its fullest.
  • Simple and Effective: No complex mechanisms or moving parts. Placing and removing your Tech Deck takes just a second.
  • Integrated text for personalization: The design features an integrated embossed name, ideal for creating a striking color change without complications.
  • 100% flat printing: Designed to be printed flat on the print bed without supports, ensuring an ultra-polished finish and no material waste.
  • Perfect tolerances: Loose yet secure fit, compatible with standard Tech Decks and most wooden fingerboards on the market.

🖨️ LAYER-BY-LAYER FILAMENT CHANGE GUIDE

This model is 100% optimized for printing WITHOUT a multi-material system (no AMS). You can achieve a professional two-color finish by performing a simple manual pause (M600) on your basic 3D printer.

Follow these steps by setting your slicer to a layer height of 0.20 mm:

  • Phase 1 (Base of the stand): Start printing with your main color (e.g., Asphalt Black or Charcoal Gray for an urban look).
  • Transition Phase (Pause): In your slicer (Bambu Studio, PrusaSlicer, or Cura), add a pause or color change command (M600) at the exact height where the embossed letters begin to protrude (approximately at layer 75-76, corresponding to 15.20 mm in height).
  • Phase 2 (Contrasting letters): Introduce the second color (e.g., a Neon Yellow, Intense Red, or White to make the name stand out as much as possible) and resume printing to finish the embossed letters.

⚙️ RECOMMENDED SETTINGS

To ensure the stand has adequate strength for daily use and an impeccable aesthetic finish using the PLA of your choice, apply the following parameters in your slicer:

  • Optimal Orientation: Place the part flat on the print bed (letters should face upwards).
  • Perimeters / Walls: 3 walls to ensure the rigidity of the support arms.
  • Infill Pattern and %: 15% infill, Gyroid pattern for uniform strength.
  • Top/Bottom Layers: 4 top layers and 3 bottom layers for a smooth and solid surface finish.
  • Supports / Brim Adhesion: No supports required. No brim required (if your bed is well calibrated, the flat base offers excellent adhesion on its own).
