Minecraft Creeper with Textured Surface and Movable Head

Hello Minecraft fans

My kids wanted a cool Minecraft Creeper figure, so I went looking and found an appealing model on Thingiverse

I printed the Creeper with my original Bambu filament and found that the head kept falling off. I fixed this error by adjusting the dimensions slightly. The head is now freely movable and still holds so well that it no longer falls off even when playing upside down
I also colored the Creeper for use with an AMS

I created 2 printing plates, a two-color version with AMS and a single-color version without AMS

Thanks to its irregularly textured and pixelated surface, the Creeper looks much more screen-accurate and "realistic" than many comparable models that are smooth

All components of the Creeper are printable, no external hardware is required. It was important to me that the model is accessible to everyone without having to buy anything extra. Simply print, assemble, play, and it's still Articulated

I drew on manual tree supports that keep the hole for the connector clear at the bottom. Removing the support from the hole would have been too tedious otherwise, and thus the fit of the connector is not affected by support residue

You can also print without support - Bambu Studio does not detect any floating regions

However, I recommend using my print profile with supports, as otherwise some layers on the face and between the legs will be printed uncleanly and without adhesion

You can easily clean and press down these non-adhesive layers with a lighter. In the last photo, I printed a head without support as a test so you can see what I mean

The cleaner result is obtained with supports

Please do not hold me responsible for drooping layers or unclean layers in the reviews afterward. After all, I recommend using my manual tree supports

I printed on a P1S with Bambu Lab original filament on the Cool Plate SuperTrack
