Description

Replacement for the little plastic piece that goes inside the little windshield sprayer nub on subaru hoods. Redirects fluid flow to spray on windshield.

May have to glue in place if friction fit does not last (i sprayed the first one out in my original model (this is the second revision))

Careful not to press in too hard it might crack the plastic nub on the hood! (i did this, i glued it back together but be gentle when installing, if it is too tight, dont force it, sand the sides until it fits smoothly)

Fits third gen subaru impreza hoods, im sure the hoods are pretty similar for all gens, try it out its a very small print

Will probably have to stab a hole through the one side if it doesnt print with it (its pretty small, i used a small flathead to open it up)

Printed at .08mm resolution, PLA, 100% infill, it is a small part so try not to use the fan it might blow it away while printing (happened to me a few times)

I have a 2016 Subaru Forester and the windshield washer isn’t very straight especially in the winter. Is that the purpose of your part?

the purpose of the part is to replace the red circled section of the image attached (my original one disappeared somehow), i supposed you can just replace the entire part instead of making this print, here is the link: https://www.amazon.ca/ACROPIX-Windshield-Window-Sprayer-Impreza/dp/B0B31HHG6V. anyways i just checked and your car has a different nozzle for your windshield sprayers, i havent made a part for those, but you can buy replacements like this one: https://www.amazon.ca/Click-Fit-Windshield-compatible-Crosstrek/dp/B0D12XJ2JS hope this helps

Thankyou for the info. I will see if my mechanic can adjust the angle of the spray.
