Description

This is a simple, bowling pin passthrough. Print for lots of fun!

I must give credit where credit is due—GemoGens was the first to create a bowling pin passthrough! Be sure to check out their page and show them some love.

Filaments used for both the body and spiral: Bambu Basic PLA(Jade White (10100)) and Creality PLA(Red)

Main settings:

1) .2mm layer height.
2) No brim(if you feel like you'll need one, just put it on the spiral).
3) No supports
4) 15% Gyroid infill for both objects.
5) 2 perimeters(walls).

The rest of the settings are pretty standard. All you really need is a finely tuned printer. The custom support is a .25mm gap, so make sure your printer can handle that or else the body may fuse with it.

Important disclaimer

The thinnest part of the spirals need to be fully filled. Whether that is through walls(perimeters) or infill, they MUST be filled, or else, due to their thinnest, they will likely break. So just make sure they are solid. Also, you may remove the bottom support if you feel better doing so. BUT, if you do this, the model will very likely need tree supports and a wide brim, so just keep that in mind.
