Bambu Lab X1C Top Riser/Subframe
Print Profile(1)

Description
Dissatisfied with my previous X1C subframe (due to its small openings), I designed my own.
This frame features six flaps that can be opened 45° and up to 90°.
Each flap has three holes on the left and right for precise positioning. The flaps are designed with tolerances to provide a slightly snug fit, preventing rattling and ensuring they remain in the correct position during printing.
The large openings help maintain the optimal temperature range within the build chamber.
On the rear, there are through-holes on both the left and right sides with M12 threads for a PG fitting, allowing the supply cable of supplemental LED lighting to be routed internally.
For the flaps, I used twelve self-tapping button head socket cap screws (BT3x12).
