Here is a Star Wars Death Star diorama. It is a 4-part creation. It was created for two brick models (set 30654 and set 30685) but can also be used with 3D printed ships. The lights are 3V filament LEDs connected to two AA batteries with rigid wires.

Battery holder with ON-OFF button
I drilled the bottom of the diorama with a small hand drill to pass the wires. I haven't provided a hole or battery holder, as I don't know if the diorama will be used with the same materials. The 4 parts are joined with dowels and glued.
