This profile is a complete CAD remodeling (not slicer scaling) of the mechanism to better fit on small hands and to withstand rough handling. The following QoL improvements are included:<ul><li>Claw<ul><li>some collision points are removed from the claw model and the tip is blunt(er) to make it safer for kids.</li><li>two claw segments now contain holes that can be used to better align and glue together the two parts using included pins / dowels.</li></ul></li><li>Mechanism<ul><li>the mechanism comes in two variants: <ul><li>mid size (14 and 18 mm inner diameter of finger “sleeves”), </li><li>small size (13 and 16 mm inner diameter of finger “sleeves”).</li></ul></li><li>all parts of the mechanism are made thicker and more robust to not break as easily.</li><li>the mounting plate dimensions are adjusted so the claw is better supported and the plate does not extend beyond the claws edge.</li></ul></li><li>Fasteners<ul><li>improved and better calibrated fasteners come in two sizes: <ul><li>thinner (used by default on plate 1 and 2),</li><li>snug (use this variant if the default fasteners are too loose).</li></ul></li><li>the “cap” was changed to a ring that clips snug on top of the pin. </li><li>small drop of glue can be used to make the connection permanent while the ring holds everything in place while the glue dries.</li></ul></li></ul>Updates:<ul><li>Version 2 (25/11/22)<ul><li>Added small chamfer under big sleeve overhangs</li><li>Enable supports so small sleeve prints without visual defects</li></ul></li></ul>
