Xiaomi SU7 Ultra Akebono Carbon Ceramic Caliper Tissue Box, Parking Number Plate, and Aroma Diffuser 3-in-1

I. Before Printing

1.This design extensively uses magnets, with each magnet measuring 4x1mm, and a maximum capacity of 40 pieces (Parking number plate cover only requires 24 pieces for secure installation).

2. Magnet holes have been pre-designed with tolerances; however, adhesive is still required for secure bonding. Pay attention to magnet orientation during bonding.

3. Other holes have been pre-designed with tolerances and are ready for immediate use.

4. Due to the relatively large size of the caliper, it is recommended to use adhesive to prevent significant warping.

5. The caliper and brake disc are not tightly secured to allow for quick tissue replacement; slight movement is expected, but functionality remains unaffected.

6. This design has undergone three iterations. Having never seen a real caliper, the design is a best-effort recreation based on online images, and 100% replication has not been achieved.

II. Design Inspiration

  Unable to afford a Xiaomi SU7 Ultra? Print its Akebono carbon ceramic brake caliper... as a tissue box! But this is more than just a tissue box; it also incorporates a parking number plate and an aroma diffuser area, fulfilling three wishes at once.

  Removing the front cover reveals the parking number plate area, allowing for two sets of numbers (you can customize the numbers yourself when printing. While tolerances are provided, adhesive is still recommended to prevent detachment).

  The aroma diffuser can be placed in the cavity on either side of the brake disc (length 53mm, width 34mm, height 87.5mm).

  The tissue box can accommodate a maximum volume of (length 131mm, width 88mm, height 58mm). There's room for compression, so experiment with fitting different sizes of tissue.
