• Updated accessory—Sarcasm Radar. This is a motion-activated nightlight compatible with the 'Xiaomi Mijia Motion-Sensing Night Light 2'. Simply insert the light head into the model. Adhere the blue radar tip to the nightlight, ensuring the proportions match the central ring of the Xiaomi Night Light 2. The radar tip cannot be perfectly sealed like in the manga due to the motion sensor in the center of the Xiaomi nightlight requiring a 1cm opening for infrared emission. Given the smoothness of PLA and the rounded tip, along with the weight of the nightlight with three batteries, strong magnets (like those from Bambu Lab) (6x2mm) are recommended. Standard magnets can also be used but may loosen with model movement. Adding double-sided tape around the four horizontal beams at the base of the radar increases friction and improves stability (March 28th)

• The detachable head accessory is complete. For those who wish to print it, simply replace the original storage tray for seamless installation. Rotating 5 degrees left or right will lock and unlock the head with the body. The design involves lifting its nose; its small tongue will push open its mouth, revealing a large storage compartment (you can even use it to hide your money—it can hold tens of thousands!). Of course, you can also remove the head and use it as a desktop trash can or keep it as company while enjoying your snacks and shows. I referenced various animations and figurines, noting that Doraemon's body proportions vary across different works. After much deliberation, I settled on my favorite proportions, resulting in a truly exquisite print—it almost feels alive! Two facial expressions are available: closed eyes (pictured) and open eyes, or you can choose a combination for the manga-accurate look. (March 25th)

• The head features a magnetic mounting position for future accessories. The bamboo copter uses two 6x2mm magnets. Additional accessories will be added as creative ideas emerge. The whiskers are inserted into the designated holes using black filament, eliminating the need for separate printing and providing a soft, bendable, whisker-like appearance. As the author only has red filament, the mouth can also be printed in pink to better match the cartoon. (March 25th)

• Doraemon's left hand utilizes the 'Penetrating Ring' (verified from the manga). This classic gadget allows it to appear in any location needing a separate toothpick holder. The left arm is optional; omitting it does not affect functionality. It's uploaded as a separate accessory (independent elevating toothpick holder). Body support parameters have been optimized for easier removal (water pump pliers and a flathead screwdriver are advantageous; the fastest method involves using a flathead screwdriver to pry off the entire support beneath the body).

I wanted to design a cute and multifunctional tissue box because my coffee table is always cluttered... My requirements for this tissue box were:

1. Cute, as it will be placed on the living room coffee table. I want it to look nice.
2. Accommodate thick, large-capacity tissues; I don't like constantly changing tissue boxes.
3. Reduce clutter on my coffee table by integrating items, such as a toothpick holder, scissors, lighter, remote control, keychains, and nail clippers.

I finally chose Doraemon's body. Pulling tissues from his magical pocket feels right… then came the toothpick holder. I designed a lift mechanism to neatly conceal it within Doraemon's arm; a simple rotation reveals it, creating an unexpected surprise for guests. Finally, I made the tissue box lid into a storage tray for small items.

As for why there's no head, it would make it too tall on the coffee table! Watching TV from the sofa would be obstructed, and the head would significantly impact functionality. I agonized over it, but ultimately abandoned it (but now I'm planning to complete it, leaving no regrets, as a separately added component)...
